Internship Positions
The Synthes paid internship assignments entail intensive 10–12 week summer programs for undergraduate level students. During their employment, interns work side-by-side with some of the most talented people in the medical device field and are given the opportunity to work on project teams in topics related to Product Development, Manufacturing Processes and Project Management, complimenting their university curriculum with relevant, hands-on experience.

Co-op Positions
The Synthes Co-op program provides undergraduate students with an outstanding opportunity to gain valuable industry experience under the guidance of a Synthes professional. Co-op positions are generally 6-month assignments. Some universities may grant academic credit for eligible students. Target degrees are: BSc, Mechanical Engineering, BioMedical Engineering; MSc; Mechanical Engineering, BioMedical Engineering.
