CNC Machinist
As a CNC Machinist you will have the ability to work in a great environment that utilizes world class equipment, processes and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of CNC experience
- High school degree; Associates preferred
- Experience with preventive maintenance and quality
- Knowledge of CNC programming
- Ability to work second or third shift
Packaging
Within our packaging group you are awarded the opportunity to design, develop and test labeling and packaging for all Synthes products.
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of product packaging experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Package Engineering or equivalent
- Experience with CAD software
- Experience in an FDA regulated environment preferred
Product Development Engineer
As a Product Development Engineer you get first hand experience in the design and development of our products.
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of product development experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Communication skills in a team environment
- Experience with CAD software
- Experience in the medical industry desirable
Product Manager
As a Product Manager you will gain exposure to defining and growing both existing and new products as they pertain to market planning and development.
Qualifications:
- 3–6 years of product marketing experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- Sound technical understanding
- Strong leadership qualities
Project Manager
As a Project Manager you will have the chance to develop project plans on new projects. This consists of working with the product development group as well as manufacturing.
Qualifications:
- 3–7 years of project management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field
- Manufacturing background
- Experience in the medical industry desirable
