Directions from Denver Airport

Take the airport exit (Pena Blvd.) to Exit 6A (470 Express Tollway). Follow the Tollway for 20 miles through 3 toll plaza's to "I-25 South - Colorado Springs". The total cost of tolls will be $3.50. Take I-25 South 60 miles to "Monument - Exit 161". Stay right as you come off the exit and make a left at the first stop sign onto Highway 105. Follow Hwy 105 for a couple blocks to Third Street and make a right. (Landmarks: 7-11 convenience store). Third Street will curve to the left and change into Front Street in downtown Monument. Follow Front Street to Second Street and make a right. Follow Second Street over the railroad tracks to Mitchell Avenue and turn left. After about 1.5 miles go through another stop sign and make your first left into the Synthes driveway.

Directions from Colorado Springs Airport

Exit the airport onto Drennon Road. Follow Rennin Road to the first traffic light and turn right onto Powers Avenue. Ignore the signs for I-25 straight ahead. Follow Powers Avenue to Fountain Blvd. and make a left. There will be signs saying I-25 is to the left. Fountain Blvd. will eventually turn into a freeway. Follow the freeway to I-25 North. From I-25 North take Exit 161 - Monument. At the end of the exit ramp there will be a traffic light. Turn left at this light and cross back over I-25. Then, bear right at a T intersection. Next, you will pass a 7-11 convenience store. After the 7-11 turn left onto Third Street. Third Street will curve to the left and change into Front Street in downtown Monument. Follow Front Street to Second Street and make a right. Follow Second Street over the railroad tracks to Mitchell Avenue and turn left. After about 1.5 miles go through another stop sign and make your first left into the Synthes driveway.
