Exit the airport following the signs for "I-95 South to Delaware". Exit at I-476 North, and go north to Exit 3, US-1 Lima/Springfield. At the end of the exit ramp, turn left onto US-1 (Media Byp). Continue on US-1 West to Rt. 252. Follow Rt. 252 North to Rt. 30 (Lancaster Ave.). Immediately after crossing Rte 30 and going through the railroad underpass turn right onto Maple Ave. (Note: this is a residential street right after Rt. 30). Go one block and turn right onto Russell Rd. Synthes is on the right.

From Exit 326 (Valley Forge) follow signs for "Exit 328 US-202 South to West Chester". Continue on US-202 South for 3 miles. Exit at "PA-252 South to Paoli". Go south on PA-252 for 2 miles. Turn left on Maple Ave. (Note: this is a residential street right before Rt. 30). Go one block and turn right onto Russell Rd. Synthes is on the right.

From I-95 take Rt 202 North about 25 miles to PA Route 29 South (Malvern). Turn left on US-30, Lancaster Ave and go East for 2.5 miles Turn left onto Rt. 252 North. Immediately after going through the railroad underpass turn right onto Maple Ave. (Note: this is a residential street). Go one block and turn right onto Russell Rd. Synthes is on the right.
