- Anterior decompression and bone grafting burst fractures
- Vertebrectomy and vertebral body replacement in tumor patients
- Anterior fusion following failed posterior lumbar surgery
- Anterior fusion following severe disc degeneration
- The plate is indicated for T10 through L5
