The USS Fracture System is an internal fixation system designed for the treatment of fractures in the thoracolumbar spine. It offers the ability to independently restore sagittal alignment and vertebral body height.

Indications
For use in the thoracolumbar spine for:
- Posterior fixation of unstable fracture
- Stabilization and correction of spinal segments in non-traumatic disorders of the spine, in skeletally mature patients, as an adjunct to fusion in the treatment of the following acute and chronic instabilities or deformities: degenerative spondylolisthesis with objective evidence of neurologic impairment, fracture, dislocation, scoliosis, kyphosis, spinal tumor, failed previous fusion (pseudoarthrosis).
- Treatment of severe spondylolisthesis of the L5-S1 vertebras in skeletally mature patients receiving fusion with autogenous bone graft
